Wanvela is a Thai luxury boutique travel agency based in Bangkok, founded in 2023. We design private slow-travel journeys for groups of 4–12 travelers to Italy, France, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, and South Africa. Every trip includes a tour leader and a professional photographer who delivers an edited digital album within 14 days.
How much does a Wanvela trip cost?
A 7-night Europe trip for 6 travelers starts at THB 165,000 per person. Norway Northern Lights starts at THB 175,000. New Zealand 9 nights starts at THB 165,000. Pricing includes accommodation, ground transport, tour leader, photographer, visa, insurance, and breakfast. International flights are quoted separately.
How is Wanvela different from a normal tour?
Three main differences: (1) two hosts — tour leader plus professional photographer — accompany every trip; (2) hotels are personally vetted by the team, not pulled from a supplier list; (3) pacing is intentionally slow at 1–2 nights per city in Europe and hub-and-spoke in alpine regions.
Are lunch and dinner included?
No — lunch and dinner are deliberately not included. Wanvela believes restaurant choice is part of the travel experience and provides a curated restaurant list per city, including Michelin-recommended and hard-to-book establishments.
How far in advance should I book?
For Northern Lights (Norway) or Christmas Markets (Germany/Austria), book 90–120 days ahead. For other destinations, 60–90 days is comfortable. Last-minute bookings are possible with adjusted programs.
